WIP
In case anyone does stop by, this is a work in progess. I am learning as I go. I'd like to add some pictuers, have quite figured that one out yet :)
Why is it...
that when someone asks you how much more you want to lose, you tell them your goal, and they say, "No way!" Seriously, your not me. You don't know how I feel. Just say something supportive. Like, "Good for you, good luck!"

Week # 2 WI
Well I stayed the same when I was weighed in Wednesday. I am frustrated and disappointed. I have been working hard this week and I have stayed OP and tracked everything I ate in my journal.... 29lbs to goal.

knowing when....
to get away from the table is key!!! I am satisfied, but not overly disgusting. Stayed within what I alotted mysee lf for points....and now a little ice cream soon.

Why can't I bring myself to trying turkey meat? I've come across some great recipes for meatloaf, burgers, and chili's and all I can do is gag at the thought..

My Third Post
Ok, I hope people don't look at this the wrong way....as in thinking I am doing this to brag, looking for compliments, blah, blah, b/c I'm not. I just had a horrible situation over on the WW boards and I don't want to relive that. I guess what I'd like to create here, is a place where people can go to offer support to one another....

So, I guess my main reason for doing this is to have a support system. I need motivation, because I can easily fall off track.
My First Entry
Ok, so I have never done this before....I am thinking that I am going to blog my weight loss over the next 17 weeks, which happens to be length of the current session of Weight Watchers at work. I am thinking I will update it with pictures and stats...I am going to learn as I go, so please bear with me :)
